Change Management Content Strategy

I led the content strategy for UN1FY, a project to onboard three Cox Automotive businesses, Dealertrack, and Xtime, onto the Cox Automotive Oracle platform.



I managed the content strategy for UN1FY, a major financial transformation effort at Cox Automotive.

I gathered content from 18 subject matter experts to deliver a monthly newsletter featuring change updates and successes related to the UN1FY transformation. As the deadline grew closer, the cadence of the newsletter transitioned to weekly and then daily and featured training content and key documentation. 

I also built out a UN1FY-focused intranet community to house key documentation post-launch and to serve as a go-to resource for those with questions.

Ultimately, these communications successfully aided the transition of 800+ employees onto the enhanced Oracle platform.
