Engagement Strategy

To promote "Concert", Autotrader's new TV spot, I developed an internal engagement campaign that encouraged employees to submit their own #bestconcertphoto and vote on other photos in the gallery for the chance to win prizes.



Employees loved being able to share exciting moments in their personal lives, and the campaign was extremely successful. I made sure to have leadership from across the organization "join the conversation", which sparked even more buzz, both online and by the water cooler. Below you'll see just a sampling of the hundreds of photos that were submitted.
