I led the communication strategy for Drive Away Hunger, a yearly canned food drive initiative for Cox Automotive's global employee audience.

Drive Away Hunger | Dynamic Duos

The "Dynamic Duos" Drive Away Hunger campaign was incredibly successful. Donations, along with our corporate contribution, provided 546,020 meals to families and organizations around the world. Eight countries participated in the campaign, including Modix in Germany and Cars Guide in Australia, both of which participated for the first time. Key communications metrics include: 

5 Cox Automotive-wide blog posts were posted to Fuel (Cox Automotive's intranet portal), including a kick-off video from CEO Sandy Schwartz and a recap video revealing the campaign’s total impact. Additional messaging was cascaded directly to teams and champions.

Drive Away Hunger content posted to Fuel yielded a total of 7491 views, 230 likes and 55 comments.

The Fuel-based photo contest received 189 entries; the winning entries received 60+ votes apiece.

More than 40 CANstruction events took place around the world, and the Fuel-based CANstruction poll garnered 1863 votes.
