Meggitt, an aerospace equipment manufacturer, was home to a very successful industrial grade sealant. They had saturated their current market and were looking to expand their existing product into new categories to increase sales. 

My team and I developed an extensive list of possible market extensions before narrowing the possibilities and doing thorough market research on the most viable opportunities. Identifying the roofing industry as our ideal solution, we developed a market entrance strategy for the rebranded product.
