Multi-Channel Content Strategy

I developed a multi-channel content and engagement strategy for Cox Automotive's National Cyber Security Awareness Month employee campaign.

To drive employee engagement and understanding of Cyber Security Awareness, I developed an in-depth Star Wars-themed communication and events campaign.  

The month-long campaign incorporated:

Weekly blog posts featuring cyber security success stories and promotion of the enterprise-wide Cox Automotive Privacy and Information Security Training module.

An intranet-based gamification challenge that encouraged engagement through the completion of tasks in pursuit of an electronic “Cyber Security Jedi” badge.

And on-site events at 10 U.S. locations, each featuring an interactive cyber security game show, movie theater-themed snacks and photo opportunities with costumed characters.

Overall, these touchpoints directly impacted approximately 10,000 employees by engaging them in Cyber Security-focused engagement activities.
